Refund Policy

Except where required by law, Scrap and Sew Inc. does not accept returned products for refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If by chance you should receive a damaged or defective product, Scrap and Sew Inc. will exchange the defective product free of charge within thirty days of purchase. Before returning a damaged or defective product, you must first send an e-mail or letter via regular mail stating the problem with the media in order to obtain an exchange return number. Products that are returned without an exchange return number enclosed will not be replaced under any circumstances. After issuing you an exchange return number, we will promptly exchange your damaged products.
